As the Legal Administrative Assistant, you will be based in our Denver office and support the Leasing, Litigation and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), and Government Affairs teams. Qualified candidate must be well organized, have attention to detail and possess excellent computer, technology and communication skills. The ideal candidate will also need to be able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced and customer service-oriented environment with minimal supervision, and be committed to producing a high-quality work product. An ability to prioritize effectively, thrive under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment will be necessary assets.
What's needed in order to do that:
  • Assist with drafting and/or proof reading of correspondence, leasing forms and documents, templates and documents
  • Manage form libraries for both leasing and litigation practices
  • Input matter profile information into legal database for tracking and run reports from the database
  • Managing ESG, Community Workforce Initiative, and Government Affairs SOW's, vendor onboarding, escrow accounts, and payments
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, arrange equipment needs, order, set up, clean up
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Timely and accurate preparation and processing of expense reports
  • Provide internal support for basic functionality of Legal and other core computer systems
  • Organize and maintain files and other records, including court pleadings; handle retrieval and requests for offsite files
  • Print, copy, and scan documents, reports, or other materials in appropriate format as needed for external or internal distribution
  • Manage bar compliance (e.g. continuing education credits, annual payments, etc.)
  • Other projects and duties as assigned

  • A minimum of three (3) years of legal experience with a law firm or in-house legal department
  • Strong PC skills, ability to learn and use a new platform and to identify and resolve first-level production issues
  • Attention to detail, highly organized, quick to learn and willing to help
  • Excellent customer service skills and high level of professionalism
  • Diligence, persistence, efficiency and dependability
  • Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Takes initiative and follows up on tasks through completion
  • Appropriately handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience with legal systems (e.g., Tracker, SimpleLegal or iManage) a plus
  • Experience working with environmental, sustainability or community affairs teams a plus

Target base compensation range of $22.60 - $28.85 hourly, plus bonus % target to be discussed during initial phone interview.
