Legal Advisor

RyzLabs is seeking a Full-time - Legal Advisor who is eager to dive into the world of startup law. In this role, you’ll assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting our business operations. You’ll work closely with our team to ensure our contracts align with our business objectives and legal standards. 

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts including, client contracts, partnership agreements, and employment contracts.
• Provide legal advice and support on contract-related matters to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Assist in developing and maintaining standard contract templates and legal documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand their needs and provide legal guidance that aligns with company goals.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant legal trends and developments.
• Support the resolution of contract disputes and issues as they arise.
• Assist with general legal administrative tasks and documentation.

Basic Qualifications

• At least +3 years of experience in contract law, preferably in a startup or corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• Proficiency in English 
• Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology in the USA
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with legal research tools and software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
