Legal Associate

As a Legal Associate, you will play a critical role at Microblink by supporting the management of legal risks, ensuring compliance, and facilitating smooth business operations.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Provide legal guidance to internal teams in Sales, Customer Success, Product and Operations regarding the implications of product development and distribution, sales execution, labor law, and organizational structure. 
• Draft, review, revise, and/or audit a variety of legal documents: sales contracts, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, cooperation agreements, service-level agreements, non-compete agreements, licensing agreements, terms of service, procurement agreements and employment agreements to ensure effective provision for and protection of Microblink’s interests and commercial impact, as well as legal and regulatory compliance. 
• Research and report on legislation that impacts Microblink’s products and operations such as data privacy laws. 
• Originate, operationalize, and optimize internal processes, projects, and tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness in the legal organization.

You'll be successful in this role if you:

• Have at least 3 years of experience providing high-quality legal support and services in a Law firm or corporate environment - preferably in the tech industry. We are also open to considering candidates with less experience who are enthusiastic about the role and want to learn. We value passion and a strong desire to grow and welcome individuals motivated to make a meaningful contribution.
• Have completed a Master's degree in the Faculty of Law.
