Three month temporary position.  Detail oriented, organizational skills, strong communication. At least three years solid experience in a fast paced environment.  

Responsibilities:

• Review and summarize key provisions of all company agreements
• report key provisions and upload agreements to contract management database (salesforce)
• Subsidiary and entity management, state filing
• Provide additional day to day legal assistance and organization to the legal team 

Requirements:

• The ideal person must be careful and detail oriented and will have a strong background in working with and understanding corporate agreements and financial terms
• Ability to critically review and summarize legal agreements (including Customer Agreements, NDAs, Licensing Agreements and Consulting Agreements) in a clear and concise manner
• Self-starter and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat  
• Prior contract management experience
