Legal Coordinator

The Legal Coordinator will provide legal and administrative support to our legal department under the direction and supervision of the VP, Legal Affairs.  They will assist with document preparation, management of legal document flow, filing, mail processing, and other administrative work as assigned. This position requires exceptional detail-orientation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 

• Copying, scanning, filing (physical and electronic filing)
• Assist the team with data entry, document archiving, and internal request tracking in Legal’s contract management system
• Timely processing of mail, drafting routine correspondence, and ensuring delivery to appropriate parties
• Assist with document flow management and maintaining requests on high-volume queues

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent training, preferably in a legal/law firm or corporate office support role
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• Meticulous detail orientation and perfectionistic mentality, with ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy
• Excellent communication and organizational skills while maintaining a high sense of urgency
