The Impact U will make:

You will report to the Chief Legal Officer/General Counsel

Draft review and negotiate contracts with customers and suppliers
-
Collaborate with Senior Leadership Sales Customer Experience Finance and Partnership teams
-
Work on cutting-edge technological transactions
-
Contribute to the business and legal strategy of a rapidly growing tech company
What U bring:
-
1-2+ years of experience in a mid-to-large sized law firm
-
Have experience focusing on enterprise technology-based transactional agreements (e.g. SaaS licensing non-disclosure professional service agreements etc.)
-
Manage workload for multiple stakeholders
-
JD from a top-tier law school
-
Bar admission/good standing in the state of New York
-
Knowledge of MS and Google Suites and Carta
-
Experience in data privacy and protection and corporate governance a plus

💲 Hiring Ranges:

Tier 1: $142400 - $178000
-
Tier 2: $128200 - $160200
Unqork employs a market-driven approach to establish compensation ranges including both base salary and on-target earnings (OTE). In addition to a base salary and OTE employees may also be eligible to receive a target incentive and company equity in the form of stock options.
An employee’s compensation within the range provided above depends on a variety of factors including but not limited to their location role skillset level of experience and similar peer salaries.
As a remote-first company Unqork incorporates a geographic differential into our compensation structure depending on the candidate’s location. We utilize a tiered system—Tier 1 and Tier 2—to accurately reflect local market rates and ensure our compensation packages are both fair and competitive. Our geographic tiers are defined as follows:

Tier 1: New York Metro Seattle Metro San Francisco Bay Area Southern California and Washington D.C. Metro

Tier 2: All other US and US territory locations
