Legal Counsel

We are looking for a highly qualified and overall discerning Legal Counsel to oversee the legal aspects of our business. You will be the trusted expert for all things legal to a team of highly dynamic, international and inclusive executives who bring fun to work daily! Come join us and find out for yourself!

We need a qualified counsel who can execute the following pragmatically, per internal policies and applicable laws:

• Conclude contracts within the required timeline, legal and commercial remits.

• Ensure maximum legal safeguards and protection of the company's interests in all contracts.

• Collaborate with business to review all products and services.

• Support business units with all relevant advertising, PR materials and grey market monitoring.

• Provide comprehensive and diligent legal support to all business units.

Qualifications

§ 3 - 5 years PQE

§ LLB (Hons)

§ Enrolled to the bar in any common or civil law jurisdiction (preferred but not essential).

§ Advanced professional English. Concise and crisp drafting/writing.

§ Legally and commercially pragmatic and proactive.

§ Strong business acumen.

§ Ability to prioritize business intent in managing legal solutions.

§ Good understanding of GCC legislations and commercial practices.

§ Attention to detail, ability to provide legal advice in simple, easy to understand way.

§ Experience in drafting, negotiating, finalizing term sheets and commercial contracts.
