Legal Counsel

We’re looking for a determined Legal Counsel who will help our team ensure that the company’s interests are represented according to laws and regulations both internally and externally. The role is for a fixed period of 1,5 years.

Your daily tasks will entail:

• Drafting and negotiating US and international commercial contracts, which includes having a good understanding and judgment on the company’s key legal risks and concerns, as well as working with different departments to get their input

• Supporting other teams to establish, review, and manage various internal processes that need legal support, which will require project management and clear communication skills

• Working with international legal matters, including managing and assessing international legal risks and concerns related to Printful’s business

Below is a list of formal requirements, but what matters most is that you’re ready to master your knowledge and actively provide legal support to other teams. Since we’re an international team, our teammates also need excellent English skills. 

What we expect from you: 

• 3+ years of experience working in-house or at a law firm (preferably both)

• A good understanding of contract law

• Efficient communication and negotiation skills, as well as an excellent command of business English

• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and show accountability

• Experience in working with legal technology and willingness to learn about the fast-developing print-on-demand industry and ecommerce

• Attention to detail, good judgment, and the ability to identify and manage any business-related legal issues and risks

• Ability to work independently but also be a great team player

• University degree in law (Mag. iur.)

Previous experience in these will be considered an advantage:

• Working with the US market or at an international company

• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
