You will also have the exciting opportunity to assist in and, at times, own the design, improvement and growth of our internal legal practices, policies, and controls.
You will:
- Draft, review, and negotiate on a wide variety of enterprise-level agreements including SaaS and Software agreements, partner and reseller agreements, vendor agreements, marketing agreements, and other agreements and documents related to security, product support, and data privacy.
- Work with sales, information systems, and marketing teams, among others, to help improve and build-out scalable and efficient processes and controls.
- Provide advice and guidance to all areas of the business related to governance and compliance.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic Alchemer initiatives.
You will have:
- 1-3 years of legal experience working on enterprise-level commercial, vendor and marketing agreements with SaaS and data privacy experience. Combination of law firm and in-house experience a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to think critically, creatively and outside-the-box on issues, rather than applying a prescribed approach.
- Ability to "live in the gray" as opposed to the black and white, balancing liability and risk assumption and transfer with the business needs of revenue and growth.
- Strong inter-personal skills.
- Solid negotiation skills and tactics.
- A strong work ethic with the ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- The ability to learn quickly, to meet all deadlines and prioritize projects and workload.
- A J.D. degree from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law in Colorado.
- The ability to participate in a hybrid in-office (Lousiville, CO) and work from home model.
Preferred Personal Qualities:

- Ambitious
- Sense of humor
- Desire to have fun
