About the team


Our Legal team is the primary legal partner for Equativ's business leaders across the globe. Team members provide regulatory support and advices; they grow in a fast-paced and complex environment.

Key day-to-day responsibilities

  • Monitoring the different Group companies (France and international) 
  • Legal secretariat: preparation and drafting of statutes, minutes of meetings, reports, and other legal documents; organizing convocations; and calculating quorums. General annual account approval, shareholders meeting 
  • Tracking deadlines, managing internal formalities, monitoring formalities fees, maintaining legal registers in both paper and digital formats, and managing legal databases
  • Manage share transfers
  • Ensuring the accuracy of data associated with the different companies in the group.
  • Managing internal authorizations
  • Drafting intra-group contracts, cash management agreements, and intra-group commercial leases, review of commercial leases
  • Providing support for capital operations and legal restructuring: shares transfers, acquisitions, and mergers etc
  • Monitoring and optimizing the group’s insurance policies
  • Participating in the implementation of internal procedures
  • Legal monitoring, legal research related to the activities of the group's companies

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in business law
  • 1-3 years’ experience as a Legal Counsel Corporate
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of legal management tools and database
  • Strong analytical skills and synthesis spirit
  • Team spirit, willing to help and respect confidentiality
  • Fluency in French & English (both written and spoken)

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in corporate law firm (M&A department)
