Legal Intern

This role is open to enrolled law school students. The intern will work on a number of different legal matters in wide variety of practice areas including transactions, compliance, corporate governance, intellectual property and adversarial matters.

Areas of Expertise & Special Skills:

• Analytical and logical reasoning skills;
• Strong research, writing and oral communication skills;
• Ability to collaborate with diverse team members.

Responsibilities

Research specific questions of law and prepare legal memoranda.

• Draft and edit procurement and customer contracts; present work product to managing attorney.
• Provide IP portfolio management and litigation support as needed.
• Participate on cross functional teams with other business units.
• Attend bi-weekly meetings with managing attorneys and client teams.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
