Legal Intern (Business Operations)

We are searching for a motivated and proactive law student or recent graduate with at least 6+ months of experience to support our Legal Business Operations team. The role includes conducting extensive legal research, assisting in contract work, performing administrative duties, and contributing to the legal team's special projects.
In this role, you will:

• Draft, review, and revise contracts, NDAs, memos, correspondence, and other various legal documents;
• Conduct legal research on issues, matters, and practices related to the company's business operations both in Ukraine and internationally. Prepare legal opinions and memos based on the results of this research;
• Draft and prepare legal alerts related to updates in legislation affecting the company's business operations;
• Process the documents and prepare registers;
• Organize the storage of legal documents (including scanning, handling, etc.);
• Support business operations lawyers with special projects and other urgent duties.;
• Assist the team with ongoing legal issues related to the company's business activities.

Skills you'll need to bring:

• A student or recent graduate;
• Research and analytics skills;
• Detail-orientedness;
• Around 6+ months of experience in law;
• English Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher.
