The Role

I BM is looking to recruit Legal Interns for its Dublin based Legal Resource Centre (“LRC”) with a strong focus on language skills and a preference for German speaking/qualified candidates. The internship will be remunerated and last 12 months with a relocation allowance should a candidate have to move to Ireland from abroad. The remit encompasses a variety of legal tasks including confidentiality agreements transactional and contractual support for commercial agreements general legal queries across a variety of topics pertinent to IBM business as well as regulatory and anti-corruption compliance support worldwide. This is a unique opportunity to become part of an exciting dynamic and multicultural / multijurisdictional team of lawyers based in Dublin which provides support to IBM’s business in close cooperation with the local legal teams in various EMEA countries. As part of our legal team the intern will participate in our unique LRC training and education sessions and will benefit also from the education material and tools provided by IBM Corporation. Constant learning and education are key to IBM’s core legal mission.
