Legal Internship - Ethics & Compliance

The Team:
The Ethics & Compliance Team is located within the legal department. The team manages topics related to the Celonis Code of Conduct, runs the global Celonis Privacy Program and coordinates initiatives in connection to quality management.
The Role:
You will contribute to the optimization and scaling of internal processes within the compliance programs at Celonis. You are actively involved in the achievement of our department goals by identifying best practices and implementing standards - if you want, also in your independent project. If you are keen in learning how to implement a Compliance Program in a world-leading technology start-up, this is your chance!
The work you'll do:

• Help with the consulting of compliance-related issues
• Contribute to the creation and review of Policies and Procedures
• Coordinate training & awareness measures
• Support the preparation of audits and certifications
• Take over ownership of selected compliance-related topics

The qualifications you need:

• Bachelors Degree (Senior level) or MBA student focused on law, business administration, quality management or a related field
• Experience managing smaller projects
• Basic understanding of general compliance requirements and data privacy principles
• Keen interest in understanding all types of business processes
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Enjoy working in cross-functional projects
