iCapital is looking to hire a Legal Onboarding Analyst to provide administrative support and serve as a point of contact for both internal and external constituencies associated with Legal and Compliance vendors and outside spending. The ideal candidate should have experience interacting with high level executives and the ability to manage up through attention to detail, strong initiative, ability to work independently, and a high level of confidentiality. This role will communicate, schedule, and collaborate with our team, other teams within the company, law firms, vendors, clients, potential clients, and investors.

• Receive invoices, seek approval, and process payments for over $10 million dollars in invoices from law firms and other vendors.
• Supervise the onboarding of software and rollout for processing legal invoices.
• Undertake various administrative tasks for the Legal and Compliance groups, including document organization and review.
• Help move along deliverables, facilitate special requests, and contribute to the implementation of last-minute ideas.
• Take the initiative to improve operations and office conditions daily. 
• Work as part of the larger Legal and Compliance team.

• Undergraduate college degree
• Prior experience in law firm/corporate law department or working with accounts receivable would be helpful
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).  Experience with CounselLink and/or Coupa would be helpful
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Previous experience successfully managing schedules and processes in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort operating within a dynamic environment and executing in unfamiliar situations
• Willing and able to provide executive support beyond the scope of a typical workday

The base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $75,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. We offer most employees the flexibility to work in the office three to four days and remotely for the remainder of the week.  Every department has different needs, and some positions will be designated in-office jobs, based on their function.
