Legal Operations Analyst

As a Legal Operations Analyst you will be responsible for supporting the Dropbox Commercial Team with contracts management, vendor management, knowledge management and other special projects. You will be creating, managing, and maintaining various systems for organizing legal documents and tracking key contractual terms. You will be expected to provide project management capabilities, oversee day-to-day operations, work cross-functionally to resolve operational challenges, provide proactive analysis of operational trends, and take on tasks with varying complexity and increasing responsibility. You will play a crucial part in building our legal infrastructure and helping the legal team operate more efficiently.

• Administer Ironclad platform, including maintaining and building workflows; defining and maintaining access permissions; and maintaining contract database (including entering new contracts and ensuring integrity of contract data)
• Maintain form contract template changes on multiple systems.
• Build out Ironclad functionality with legal team members and cross-functional teams to define business requirements and resulting system requirements
• Work with internal business partners like procurement and sales operations, internal tools development teams, and external vendors to manage the development, building, deployment, and revision, of Ironclad and other systems for the commercial legal team
• Manage relationships and expectations of legal team members, internal business partners, and internal customers
• Build and improve commercial legal team processes, revisit and revise systems workflows to adjust for legal process or needs
• Manage internal projects and training, and help drive cross-functional efforts to completion

• Demonstrated ability and strong track record of project management
• Eagerness to learn new things and ability to navigate complicated and nuanced issues
• Superior organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, enthusiasm and passion for process improvement
• Background experience with legal systems and technologies, specific Ironclad knowledge is a plus, but not required.
• Familiarity with contracting and procurement processes, as well as with negotiating, drafting and advising clients on commercial contracts is a plus but not required
• BA/BS from a top university and excellent academic credentials
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• 2+ years experience in a relevant setting, such as in a Legal Operations role or on a Legal team, and with systems solutions
