Who you are:
As a Legal Operations Associate, you are our legal support, analyzing legal process such as subpoenas and summons from outside counsel, law enforcement, or other governmental agencies. You'll play an important role and will provide requested documents to outside counsel, law enforcement, and other governmental agencies. Most importantly, this role is about providing top-quality support and doing it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.
What you'll do:
- Receive and analyze legal process such as subpoenas and summons from outside counsel, law enforcement, or other governmental agencies
- Communicate with requesting party to professionally discuss scope of request and the anticipated response
- Use internal systems to conduct detailed searches for the requested relevant documents
- Produce appropriate, requested documents to outside counsel, law enforcement, and other governmental agencies
- Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
What you'll need:
- 2+ years of legal or litigation support experience
- Knowledge of banking terms and understanding of financial concepts
- Ability to understand complex legal documents
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications
Additional Preferred Skills:
- Associate's Degree in relevant field
