Legal Operations Manager - (B4)
Job Description
In this role, you will work closely with internal Legal teams to manage operations-focused projects including dashboards, workflows, process mapping, technology enhancements, and strategic initiatives aimed at improving operational excellence. This position requires excellent communication skills, organization, attention to detail, and keen judgment for prioritization and execution in a fast-paced environment. 5+ years of experience in PowerPoint and Data Visualization.
Key Responsibilities
- Define scope, document requirements, and develop detailed project plans to lead/support legal operations initiatives.
- Clearly identify critical milestones, map timelines, spot risks, negotiate resources and assign ownership to drive timely progress of projects
- Strong hands-on experience implementing dash boarding, data visualizations, and analytics using Tableau desktop and Server.
- Develop and design presentations that advance key LCO objectives and tell the story through clean, concise, and well-organized slides.
- Prepare and present program updates, key results, and program ROIs to stakeholders and management.
- Manage agenda and presentation development for project-related team meetings, executive updates, and external meetings.
- Help to develop KRIs and KPIs to measure program success and maintain dashboards. Study and use data to identify process gaps and recommend improvements that will increase efficiency
- Keep documentation organized and maintain systematized repositories to help improve visibility, increase accountability, and enable enhanced decision-making & governance.
- Coordinate across stakeholders, communicate progress and manage escalations on projects.
- Compile and analyze information and data to prepare reports for internal and external audiences.
- Ability to create Tableau scorecards, dashboards using stack bars, bar graphs, scattered plots, geographical maps, Gantt charts
- Experienced in workflow designs, process mapping and building playbooks
- Manage various processes and workflows, applications and tools, and improve the LCO function's operational efficiency.
- Help build and maintain playbooks, procedures, program websites, online tools, and mobile apps.
- Good understanding of technical trends and highly motivated to know more about latest technology, new software and products.
- Also involved in administration tasks such as publishing workbooks, setting permissions, managing ownerships, providing access to the users and adding them to the specific group and scheduled instances for reports in Tableau Server.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and business users
- Experience working in legal/legal operations
- Exposure to vendor management or contract negotiation a plus
Qualification/Skills:
- MBA or similar advanced degree from a recognized university. 5+ years' relevant experience, preferably in the technology sector.
- Strong presentation, data visualization, Tableau and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis, and excellent project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented, flexible, impeccable integrity, and good judgment.
- Collaborative by nature and able to build strong partnerships.
- Self-motivated, driven, and ability to work independently and in teams.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet the deadlines.

U.S. Salary Range:
$120,000.00 - $165,000.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on a number of factors including location and level and will vary depending on confirmed job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
