About the role
Miro is looking for a practical, motivated and upbeat Legal Operations Specialist to join our team. This self-motivated individual should be comfortable working in a rapid-growth, fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to support the Legal Team in partnership with internal collaborators across the organization and will help develop the Legal Team's internal processes, systems, and tools while demonstrating strong skills for working across functions. This role will report into the Legal Operations Manager.
What you'll do

• Manage and support initiatives related to building Legal processes organization-wide, including CLM
• Be a partner to internal clients to answer routine questions regarding the legal support and contract processes, and triage incoming requests
• Research and implement new tools and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Legal
• Analyze contracts for key provisions to assist with reporting.
• Develop strong relationships with internal partners to best assist with Legal process
• Handle a variety of other demands, inquiries, and projects related to our operations that arise in a rapidly growing hyper-growth organization.
• Proactively seek ways to improve current processes to increase productivity, workflow, and enhance department's efficiency.
• Perform special projects and responsibilities as assigned

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience
• Experience supporting commercial teams(IronClad or SpringCM a plus)
• Ability to operate autonomously, work collaboratively as a teammate with internal business partners, sales teams, customers, and commercial and privacy attorneys.
• High motivation, with the drive to work independently, manage and prioritize deals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Sense of urgency and empathy to work with colleagues to deliver effective communication and positive experience within a fast paced, changing environment.
