What are we looking for?

BetterHelp is looking for a detailed and process-oriented person with an interest in marketing and compliance. BetterHelp has a very large and quickly-growing marketing organization that is dynamic with a lot of moving pieces and cross-functional responsibilities. We're looking for someone to take on operational duties and implement processes to keep us in compliance, streamline marketing tasks, liaise between legal, partnerships, marketing, external partners, and make things happen on the Legal team!

What will you do?

• Provide guidance to partners regarding regulatory compliance
• Review marketing and online content to ensure adherence to compliance.
• Streamline and enhance user experience within the Salesforce ecosystem for internal teams
• Actively support managers while coordinating with team members to determine the proper course of action for any escalations
• Work with marketing teams and process owners to develop effective processes, policies, controls, and metrics that ensure effective compliance of relevant standards.
• Assist the team in ad-hoc special projects
• Audit marketing channels to ensure they comply with FTC/ASA rules and regulations
• Review contracts for the Partnerships and Podcast Teams and escalate to the Legal team when needed

• You will NOT worry about funding. We have startup DNA, but we're fully backed and funded by our parent company, Teladoc Health.

Can I work remotely?

Yes. We operate in Pacific Time and candidates in any time zone are welcome to apply. We also ask our employees to travel to our Mountain View, CA office up to six times per year to collaborate in person in order to build better working relationships and experience our in-office culture. Travel expenses will be covered and reasonable accommodations will be made for those under unique circumstances who cannot travel.

• Ability to work in the US, to travel to our Mountain View, California offices up to six times per year and to an additional company offsite.

Requirements

• Remote work flexible, PST (Pacific Time) schedule.
• Great written/verbal communication and interpersonal skill sets, able to connect with all management levels, internally and partner-facing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders.
• Core digital marketing disciplines basic knowledge, such as in Affiliate Marketing / SEO / Social Media / Email Marketing.
• A multi-tasker, who works well in a fast-paced environment and can adapt and pivot quickly, with strong project management expertise and outstanding time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to address challenging issues while remaining objective.
• Ability to work in the US, to travel to our Mountain View, California offices up to six times per year and to an additional company offsite.
