How Will You Make a Difference?

• Maintain files and databases related to tracked matters using legal project management processes.
• Work with case managing team, Pricing, and other administrative firm teams to identify and confirm staffing and budget on new cases.
• Support process improvement initiatives to help attorneys stay on target and efficiently manage budgets.
• Collaborate with LPM team to develop and implement new processes and procedures, including new tools for case, scope, and budget management.

What Will You Bring to the Table?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a closely related field, or the equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a professional services firm is required; preferably in a law firm.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in order to communicate with a diverse group of attorneys and staff, acting with integrity and consistent responsiveness.
• Ability to identify and analyze complex issues and problems, and recommend and implement effective solutions.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneNote, along with the willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies as appropriate.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel is required.
