What We'll Bring:
Provides advanced legal, administrative and project management assistance to the Senior Director, Assistant General Counsel of Global Solutions and other internal business stakeholders with primary responsibility for TransUnion Global Solutions, M&A Integrations, Business Strategy and Legal Operations. Works on contract review, risk management advisory, transactional matters, project management, intercompany legal process management and general legal matters.
What You'll Bring:

• Assists legal counsel in development, drafting and review of contracts.
• Researches and analyzes legal, regulatory and statutory issues confronting the company and its operations outlining applicable solutions and strategies.
• Acts as liaison and internal client point of contact regarding various legal issues and legal project management.
• Identifies and summarizes regulatory laws applicable to company operations.
• Assists in maintaining all legal project related materials (e.g. action plans, tracking tools, process documents).
• Assists in review of product, data and use cases thereof.
• Reviews, updates and maintains standard operating procedures (SOPs), playbook material, and project management documents.
• Work in coordination with other administrative/operational staff to ensure ongoing commitment to company initiatives and completion of special projects.
• Proposes solutions to problems identified for discussion with supervising attorneys.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Impact You'll Make:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Legal, Business Administration, Project Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred advanced degree or advanced certification in legal profession
Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience which may include prior law firm. Preferred in-house corporate legal or business department project management experience.
Extensive experience in corporate governance, business transactions, privacy regulations and litigation preferred.
Mastery of commercial contract negotiations.
Relies on extensive project management and/or commercial contracting experience, knowledge and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Project management, administrative and/or policy experience, particularly in the legal field, preferred.
Technical Skills/Requirements: Extensive knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including other technical skills and requirements as assigned.
