Main responsibilities:

• Acts as the main contact point and lawyer responsible for Vaccines GBU.

• Handle Licensing matters, entity dissolution projects and managing external counsels on licensing matters.

• Managing contract review and approval in e-Contract and eCAF systems

• Provide legal advice on medium impact matters independently

• In charge of all Corporate Secretary matters independently.

• Assist in preparing all types of Agreements from commercial to sponsorship nature (produce 1st draft)

• Research on specific legal issues raised by the business & update team on development of local laws & regulations 

• Provide general support for business operation.

About you

• Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience required

• Soft and technical skills: Able to work effectively within a team and independently where required

• Education: Law degree from a recognised university in Vietnam

• Languages: Fluent English
