Your Role and Responsibilities

IBM Israel legal department is recruiting a legal student position.

The position is suitable for those who are interested in gaining in-house experience in a legal department of a technology company.

• legal research relating to labor laws data privacy antitrust and other applicable laws ;
• review and drafting of corporate secretary documentation corporate governance policies and others ;
• drafting and reviewing various contractual documentation with clients partners suppliers banks etc.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• LL.B (Bachelor of Laws) student/graduate
• Proficiency in English
• Strong legal research skills
• Strong communication skills both in writing and verbal
• A study permit from an official educational institution is required
