Lemon Law Attorney

The ideal candidate should have strong advocacy skills, exceptional research and writing abilities, and a demonstrated track record of success in lemon law litigation matters. 

• Representing clients in lemon law cases and other related consumer protection matters.
• Conducting client consultations to evaluate cases and provide legal advice.
• Drafting legal documents, such as demand letters, complaints, and settlement agreements.
• Negotiating settlements with manufacturers, dealerships, and insurance companies.
• Participating and representing clients in court proceedings, including hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Working collaboratively with legal professionals to provide excellent legal services to clients.
• Providing strategic legal advice and counsel to clients throughout the litigation process.
• Handling court appearances and hearings when necessary.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in the state of California.
• Civil litigation experience within lemon law
• Demonstrated track record of successful case outcomes and client representation.
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
