Baker Hughes has an opening for a Leucipa Implementation Manager within Oilfield Services & Equipment Digital (OFSED). This position is responsible for the design, deployment, and continued execution of implementation plans for Production Optimization digital solutions - Leucipa™.

This position requires an ability to work across various disciplines to ensure that implementation activities are managed effectively. They will coordinate with technical, sales, and business team leaders to balance capacity with demand and prioritization.

As a Leucipa Implementations Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Delighting customers with successful deployments of Leucipa
• Owning op-rhythm with technical teams to ensure successful deployment and maintenance of our automated field production solutions software - Leucipa, and associated systems.
• Connecting the dots across multiple disciplines, including application development, ML Ops, IOT, product management, sales, and business to balance the cost of implementation.
• Identifying bottlenecks in implementation process and align with product management and technical teams for improvements.
• Working as the focal point for both internal and external stakeholders to accelerate delivery to customer throughout the pre-sales and implementation process.
• Working closely with Implementation Leader to ensure the user experience and key performance indicators meet customers expectation.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Have a Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent relevant experience
• Have 5+ years experience in the production domain
• Have 5+ years experience as a project manager role on an industrial commercial software solution, ideally with 2+ years of experience in large data science, ML and/or AI projects and 2+ years' experience in a customer facing role.
• Have experience in deployment of software leveraging various infrastructure models.
• Experienced in cloud, edge computing and IOT is a plus.
• Passionate in solving complex customer challenges.
• A thought leader - excited to champion internally and externally.
