Level 1 WMS Support

Our WMS handles all production aspects, and as such is central to day-to-day operations and overall business goals. The main responsibility of this position will be to support and troubleshoot issues with our proprietary Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Duties and responsibilities• Manage, prioritize, and resolve issues and work requests through our ticketing system• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues not related to coding• Learn our in-house Warehouse Management System• Participate in the integration of new customers to our system via methods such as CSV, FTP, and API• Assist in the QA testing of new functionality for our Warehouse Management System• Train users on new application features• Document application features and processes• Proactively identify opportunities for system and process improvements

Requirements• Self-Motivated & Detailed Oriented• Experience with PL/SQL (Oracle), or other SQL languages• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills• Strong Interpersonal Skills• Strong communication and customer service skills• Strong time management, multi-tasking, prioritization, and organizational skills• Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).• College Degree or Equivalent experience • Ability to work on a team or independent

Preferred Skills• E-Commerce platform knowledge (Magento, Shopify, etc.) • Experience with ticketing systems such as Zoho and Jira • Understanding of basic warehouse workflows• Experience with C#.NET, VB.NET, and ASP.NET • Knowledge of fulfillment workflows and/or procedures
