Level 2 Customer Happiness Specialist - API Partnerships

We are looking for an experienced, customer-focused, self disciplined individual to join our growing Customer Happiness Team.

• Onboard new API partners 
• Own CH communications with API Partners; includes creating reporting and feedback loops with product and engineering teams
• Technical writer (create and maintain api documentation, collect/review code samples, FAQs, etc.)
• Monitor requests for API keys
• Provide Level 2 technical support
• Address tech support and other customer concerns via email, social channels, and management of our Help Page 
• Assist Tier I Customer Care Specialists in solving basic technical problems 
• Coordinate communicating information on current issues to the Tier 1 Customer Care team
• Investigate escalated issues by confirming the validity of the problem and seeking for known solutions related to these more complex issues
• Log tickets, escalate trending issues to, and collect additional data on open tickets for/with engineering and product teams to ensure technical issues are driven to resolution

• 5+ years in customer service 
• 3+ years in tech support
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills
• A comprehension of, and ability to execute, troubleshooting theory
• Familiarity with code, ability to troubleshoot common errors
• High Emotional IQ & high levels of professional integrity
• Computer/Tablet/Smart Phone technical proficiency
• A flexible schedule including on-call and weekend and evening availability
• The ability to learn on the fly and adapt to change
• A team-oriented, peer-positive attitude
• Dedication to customer satisfaction
