Responsibilities • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications • General Carpentry skills/General Stucco skills • Basic trim work and attention to detail • Prep exterior for stucco cut and potential repairs • Establish good rapport with customers during the installation process • High level of cleanliness and coverage • Ability to read and comprehend N.O.A. paperwork and plans Qualifications • Experience installing windows • Previous experience in construction and/or other related fields • Strong leadership qualities • Deadline and detail-oriented • General Carpentry skills • Proper knowledge and use of construction power tools
