Liability Risk Manager

We are looking for Liability Risk Manager in Product and Underwriting Unit who will work with risk assessment for our commercial customers for Liability insurance product. You have important role to ensure proper risk selection, determine right cover for the customer and contribute to positive financial outcome of the company. What are you going to do?

• Daily risk assessment of customers in compliance with the regulations set by the company.
• Occasionally customer site visits for risk evaluation and risk management recommendations to clients. 
• Providing support to salespeople for preparing insurance offers to customers. Determination of insurance premium in accordance with the risk and the product's hazard. Participation in large clients’ tenders.
• Analyzing risk and claims data, identifying trends to suggest new common risk evaluation principles for underwriting process standardization and automation.
• Building successful co-operation with Sales and Claims employees in training and consulting them about products, risk factors and pricing for insurance objects.
• Supporting Liability Product Managers in creating best products for our customers within commercial customer segment.
• Participating in local and Baltic projects for improving Product and Underwriting Units’ processes.

What do we expect from you?

• Bachelor’s degree in law
• Previous experience in risk management and underwriting area appreciated, but not a must
• Desire to understand customer needs, market trends and implement changes.
• Customer and result orientation, ability to take initiative.
• Interest in utilizing digital solutions in the business.
• Flexible and positive attitude in challenging situations.
• Good cooperation and team support skills.
• Diligence and ability to analyze data and trends.
• Fluency in Estonian and English languages.
