What You’ll Do
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in person.
• Assist customers with policy questions, billing, claims, and coverage changes.
• Provide consultative support to match clients with products that best meet their needs.
• Process policy updates, endorsements, renewals, and documentation with accuracy.
• Collaborate with agents and team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Maintain compliance with state insurance regulations and company policies.
What Makes You a Great Fit
• Active Arizona Insurance License (Property & Casualtyrequired, Life & Health, preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service, ideally within insurance or financial services.
• Excellent communication skills—empathetic, clear, and professional.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly.
• A problem-solver who thrives on building strong client relationships.

Requirements:
• Excellent customer focus with an understanding of how to adapt to each customer while focusing on the outcome to solve their problems efficiently with low customer effort. This role is not scripted, and is has a consultative approach to help the customer.
• The ability to multi-task, working proficiently while conversing on the phone, searching information, reading, typing, and quickly picking up new technology.
• A preference to working in an ever-changing, fast-paced, contact center environment where you can effectively manage time and exhibit reliability and dependability in attendance.
• Emotional resiliency to manage feelings and find positive aspects in most situations.
• State of Arizona Property & Casualty Licenserequired to apply for this position. Life and Health License desired but not required.
• Background check will be required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
