Licensing Specialist - Melbourne

Introduction
Compliance Specialists lead client software license reviews including negotiations and resolutions to preserve and protect IBM’s IP for software consumed without entitlements and with a focus on client satisfaction. They utilize strong executive-level selling skills to engage the client and resolve software licensing exposures. They manage audit partner relationship and their engagement with clients; lead pricing negotiation and legal contracts leading to mutually beneficial deal structures; and explain complex constructs of deals articulating IBM’s licensing terms and conditions and the value of solution components. Influences Functional Strategy.

Your Role and Responsibilities
We are currently recruiting for a Licensing Specialist based in Melbourne.
