Position Overview:
We are seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Life Coaches. In this role you will have the opportunity to make a profound impact on the lives of others by providing guidance support and empowerment through our comprehensive training program and community resources.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to clients guiding them through personal development and goal achievement.
  • Conduct group coaching sessions and workshops fostering a supportive and collaborative environment for personal growth.
  • Utilize our top-tier Online Coaching Models and Personal Development Courses to tailor coaching programs to meet each client's needs and objectives.
  • Offer encouragement accountability and constructive feedback to clients as they navigate their journey to success.
  • Collaborate with other Life Coaches and internal teams to continuously improve coaching methodologies and resources.
  • Engage with our global community of individuals on social media platforms forums and virtual events to provide support and encouragement.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance coaching skills and knowledge.
