- Develop a working knowledge of the life insurance application workflow process.
- Facilitate training with the ability to change training techniques to optimize the manner in which the trainee learns best
- Be a proactive, reliable self-starter with the ability to work independently without direct supervision.
- Be a positive influence in establishing, developing, and maintaining professional working relationships with internal and external customers to ensure prompt, efficient service and provide a positive customer experience.
Requirements for success:
- A High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of life insurance experience.
- The ability to set priorities; exercise initiative and judgment in making decisions within the scope of assigned authority, and be able to substantiate these decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
