What You'll Do: In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to management including training team members, setting strategy, and monitoring progress towards goals. You will also motivate and inspire the team by creating an environment that promotes positive communication, encourages bonding of team members, and demonstrates flexibility. This role will have the opportunity to participate in testing new products and system enhancements as well.

What It Takes to Join Our Team:

• An Associate's Degree or equivalent is required, preferably knowledge in Life and Annuity products.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are important in this position.
• Ability to develop, implement, and assess performance metrics.
• Must be a self-starter who is detail oriented and can prioritize multiple tasks.
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word).
• Strong initiative and enjoy looking at processes in a creative manner to create efficiencies.
• Ability to work from our office in West Des Moines, Iowa.
