Mammoth Growth is currently expanding our EMEA team and looking for a candidate with deep technical knowledge in modern customer engagement tools to support our clients.
As a Lifecycle Marketing Consultant at Mammoth Growth, you will work on lifecycle marketing automation and tool implementation projects with our fast paced and high growth clients.Â
You will have a relentless focus on data quality, automation, analytics and optimisation. You should be comfortable discussing complex technical topics with both marketers and engineers in order to develop solutions for our clients.
We do our work in a modern data stack environment, working with the best tools in the industry.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with our clients to create highly personalised & automated lifecycle marketing campaigns which deliver measurable growth in conversion, retention and lifetime value
- Audit lifecycle marketing tools to identify data quality issues and opportunities for new campaigns, more automation or increased personalisation
- Drive the testing & optimisation strategy at our clients, helping them drive more conversions, reactivate dormant customers and increase engagement
- Help our clients implement modern lifecycle marketing tools following best practices
- Provide technical guidance to help our clients integrate their lifecycle marketing tool into their martech stack
- Teach, train & enable our clients to set them up for long term success
- Develop strong relationships with our tool vendor partners
- Take responsibility for project deliverables and success outcomes
- Manage day-to-day interactions with senior clientsÂ
- Help our clients to diagnose and resolve technical issues with their LCM tools & campaigns
What You’ll Need:
- 3+ years in a lifecycle marketing, marketing technology or related role
- 1+ years experience working with Braze or Iterable
- Experience writing Liquid or Handlebars to personalise email templates
- An analytical mindset and an understanding of key metrics
- Experience automating lifecycle marketing campaigns spanning multiple channels
- A strong understanding of the data models used by Braze and/or Iterable
- Experience managing senior-level stakeholder relationshipsÂ
- Project management experience with a track record of driving successful projects
- The ability (and desire) to work independently and remotely
Salary: ÂŁ50-70k based on experience
