Role Description

We are looking for a Email/Lifecycle Marketing intern to work with our senior team member and assist with execution of critical programs.

You’re passionate about Marketing and are looking to explore your options in a career of lifecycle marketing. You’re up for the challenge of working with with teams who work globally and build relationships with cross-functional partners including Product, Product Marketing, Regional leads and more.

You will understand marketing and sales processes, have an understanding and willingness to learn about lifecycle email and mobile push notification marketing, marketing automation, A/B testing, reporting, and able to act as a dedicated project management assistant in executing tasks as directed by your manager/mentor for critical campaigns.

Responsibilities

Assist with end-to-end creation, deployment and maintenance of email and notification campaigns across global markets that engage millions of users.
Assist project manager managing a programme from strategy, creation, experimentation, execution and reporting.
Attend meetings with project mangers withaudience specialists to build a deep understanding of the target prospect and their needs; apply thoughtful data-orientated, segmentation approaches to effectively reach them.
Maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
Actively measure and track email and notification program engagement.
You will actively test and optimize programs to improve performance.
Troubleshoot issues with campaigns in a timely manner.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or other related field graduating in Fall 2023 or Spring 2024
Creative and analytical mindset that would lend to email and notification campaigns optimizations
Excellent communication skills with ability to clearly articulate impact and work cross-functionally across multiple internal teams
Self starter, with a real passion for building and troubleshooting
