**This is a virtual / 100% remote position based in the U.S.**

In this role, you will collaborate with marketing team members, product managers, and other stakeholders to develop marketing strategies and tactics that will drive Health Coach Institute brand engagement, eLearning program enrollments, and lifecycle retention. You will be hands-on with email production, building effective automated programs, and deploying campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will lead, coach, mentor, and guide a team of Marketing Operations Specialists to build communications plans, stay organized, and keep projects on track based on priority and business impact.

Your work will support the Marketing team's goal of improving the performance of the customer journey, striving for consistent customer experience across channels, and impacting long-term business value. This role reports to the VP of Marketing & Enrollment and is in the Marketing Department.

KEY RESULTS
• Optimizethe performance of the enrollment journey.
• Maintain strategic customer lifecycle journey maps across transactional and promotional communications, welcome series, expansion and engagement campaigns to support coordinated and highly effective campaigns.
• Optimize performance across CRM channel performance KPIs including deliverability, open rates, click rates, conversion rates, opt-out rates, and revenue, and present these learnings to the marketing team.
• Grow the health of the engaged customer contacts database for email and auxiliary messaging channels.
• Support other channel owners to extend the reach of lifecycle programs into additional paid, owned and earned channels.

Requirements

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
• Extensive knowledge in marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) with experience setting up targeting, building multi-step & triggered campaign flows, QA, activation and reporting
• Experience designing and executing A/B tests and performance reporting.
• A systems thinker with a strong emphasis on linking systems across tech stacks
• Expert at segmentation, automation, and marketing across digital channels
• Some HTML experience, especially in email inbox environments, is a plus
• Experience launching marketing programs that have driven meaningful business results in terms of new customer acquisition, engagement and loyalty
• Interpret data, analyze results, and develop dashboards across our segments, and identify unique ways to improve our conversion and overall ROI performance
• Self-starter and adaptable - you enjoy the process of discovery and creating processes
• Collaborative teammate with proven ability to execute a vision through listening and using data to build consensus
• Creative thinker with demonstrated ability to test out-of-the-box solutions that drive meaningful business results
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This position takes place in a virtual office environment and there are no unusual physical demands. Travel may be required from time to time depending on role.
