Position Description

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will lead both strategy development as well as execution, the role will define how prospects engage with EasyKnock. S/he will lead multi-channel efforts to nurture leads, developing segmentation and engagement strategies to educate and ultimately convert new customers as well as retain existing customers to drive lifetime value.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and execute multi-channel (email, SMS, direct mail, phone) CRM campaigns that drive customer conversion and subsequent renewal.
  • Analyze user behavior to segment audience(s) personalizing content and contact strategies to maximize response
  • Partner with Product and Sales teams to further develop the product vision and customer journey for each offering, creating relevant communications and experiences to guide users through product funnels
  • Identify and test areas of improvement and optimize performance with messaging, segmentation, and creative, etc.
  • Iteratively A/B test hypothesis to increase long-term engagement & reduce churn, documenting and sharing results with key stakeholders
  • Design and implement a referral program that incentivizes current customers to refer leads to the company

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience managing CRM campaigns (with demonstrated results) through hands-on experience operating ESP/CRM platforms (experience with Hubspot a plus).
  • Well versed in fundamentals including segmentation strategies, cohort analytics as well as HTML, CAN-SPAM requirements, deliverability, etc.
  • Experience with long-lead sales funnels and journeys that require education, lead nurturing.
  • Results and metric driven, continually looking to test, iterate and improve.
  • Empathetic, ability to place yourself in users' mindset, developing communication strategies and content that increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - a must.
  • Analytical mindset: comfort with metrics and optimization tactics,
  • Self starter, intellectually curious, active learner who is eager to drive business results.
