As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and implementing 7shifts Lifecycle Marketing Strategy across all channels (Email, Push, In App, SMS, and more). Reporting to the Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing, you’ll take a product-led focus on creating content that resonates with prospects at each stage of their journey with 7shifts, as we cultivate our vision to be the leading workforce management partner to restaurants.

What you’ll do:
- Work to develop the lifecycle strategy for one or more areas of our customer lifecycle (Acquisition, Activation, and Expansion) by create engaging, and personalized campaigns that meet the goals of your lifecycle marketing area of focus
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to leverage different channels and triggers to contact our customers when and where it makes sense, while partnering with the wider marketing team to develop compelling and consistent messaging that reflects the 7shifts brand
- Develop hypotheses and execute tests in collaboration with internal stakeholders to identify key learnings and automate the most effective activities to drive growth
- End to end campaign creation, including building of audiences, links, segmentation, and content to meet and exceed targets for responsible channels
- Develop, manage & maintain email list health and business metric reporting to uncover actionable trends and forecasts and provide company wide visibility of email/push/sms changes and their impact on acquisition and MRR
- Analyze customer behavioral data and relay channel performance insights to improve customer communication and uncover opportunities to optimize the customer journey and increase lifetime value
What you bring:
- Previous experience in email or growth marketing, with a focus on free trial conversion, email reporting regulations and list management
- Proficiency with Marketo (or similar marketing automation platforms)
- Demonstrated understanding of digital customer journeys and lifecycle marketing-You have a passion for exploring and testing new performance marketing channels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal. You are a team player and excel at collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Sales
- Project management acumen, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously– You thrive in a fast paced, collaborative, high-growth startup environment
