Lifecycle Marketing Manager
Job Description
The Lifecycle Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that maximize customer engagement, satisfaction, and revenue throughout the entire customer journey. This position requires a strong understanding of customer behavior, as well as, the ability to leverage marketing automation tools, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, to create personalized campaigns.Â

 • Develop and execute SMS and push notification campaigns to engage customers across multiple channels.
 • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and ROI.
 • Build and maintain a deep understanding of customer behavior, preferences, and needs to inform in-app (mobile & desktop) campaignsÂ
 • Develop and maintain a testing and experimentation framework to continuously improve campaign performance and customer experience.
 • Report on outcomes of tactics against key performance indicators to stakeholders.
 • Assist with creating, managing, and optimizing customer outreach (email, in-product notifications, etc.) that delivers relevant and personalized content to different segments of our user base

 • 3-5 years of experience in CRM, Digital Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Growth Marketing, or a related position with the responsibility of driving revenue or ROI
 • Experience with running campaigns targeting premium customers
 • Results-oriented, resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organizedÂ
 • Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail requiredÂ
 • Strong communication skills (verbal & written); ability to provide concise, clear reporting and actionable analysisÂ
 • Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlinesÂ
 • Knowledge of the implementation, measurement, and optimization of digital marketing channels
 • Strong analytical skills to measure, manage, analyze, and report on Key Performance Indicators with an ability to translate data into actionable insights and communicate results and next steps clearly and compellinglyÂ
 • Passion for and demonstrated track record of driving initiatives that improve customer experience and monetization; experience with consumer-facing SaaS business models
