The Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Super Dispatch will be pivotal in strategizing and executing marketing campaigns tailored to different stages of the customer journey. Leveraging data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration, this individual will optimize customer engagement, retention, and conversion. Their efforts will directly contribute to Super Dispatch's growth by enhancing customer loyalty, increasing product adoption, and driving revenue.
What you’ll do:
- Overseeing and executing the entire lifecycle marketing strategy for Super Dispatch.
- Ensure effective engagement, nurturing, and retention of customers throughout their journey with the company.
- Optimize customer experience at each stage to drive product adoption.
- Increase revenue by deepening relationships with existing customers.
- Recognizing that sustained growth is not only about acquiring new customers but also about nurturing and retaining existing ones.
- Addressing the need to enhance customer loyalty and ensure long-term business success.
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop compelling marketing materials tailored to different stages of the customer lifecycle.
- Work alongside the analytics team to gather, interpret, and utilize data for optimizing marketing strategies.
- Partner with the sales team to ensure marketing campaigns align with sales objectives and to facilitate a smooth customer transition from marketing to sales touchpoints.
- Engage with the product team to gain a deep understanding of product features, updates, and user feedback, ensuring marketing messages are accurate and relevant.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to gather insights on customer pain points, feedback, and satisfaction levels, which can inform lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Assist event marketing in promoting webinars, workshops, and other customer engagement events that align with the lifecycle marketing goals.
- Collaborate with revops and data science teams to ensure the marketing tech stack is optimized for campaign execution, tracking, and reporting.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000 + 10% variable per year.Â
Annual salary is only one component of overall compensation. Actual salaries are based on factors such as work experience and education and may vary from the specified range.
