Lifecycle Marketing Manager (New York, NY / Hybrid)

As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute programs that engage users throughout the customer lifecycle including pre-sales, onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion. You will support revenue initiatives for brand prospects and customers by focusing on the entire customer journey across the lifecycle in order to attract, retain, renew, and positively increase customer lifetime value. You will…
- Understand what makes Bombora customers tick from behavior and preferences to the needs of their business
- Be responsible for creating the strategy and executing integrated, strategically focused marketing plans to drive demand in order to achieve revenue and market segment penetration goals, across prospective and current clients
- Create programs to accelerate adoption and incorporate a cross-sell motion
- Develop and execute programs that engage users throughout the customer lifecycle at a one-to-many scale, including onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion
- Monitor engagement metrics, such as conversion rates, retention rates, and customer satisfaction, and regularly identify areas for improvement
- Optimize customer touchpoints and drive higher engagement and conversion rates

- 5+ years of proven experience in working with customers in a marketing capacity
- Understanding of various marketing and sales touchpoints
- Excellent time-management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical-thinker and problem-solver
- Strong understanding of customer behavior and segmentation

Compensation Package
- The salary range for this position is $105000.00 to $110000.00 plus annual bonus of $5000,00. Actual compensation may vary and will be based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and location.
