Lifecycle Marketing Manager (Retention) REMOTE or HybridÂAs a Lifecycle Marketing Manager (Retention) youâll own the back half of the Kajabi customer lifecycle with a focus on retention, churn mitigation and winbacks. Youâll craft strategies and drive implementation of multi-channel customer marketing programs that delight our customers and foster engagement.
This role is responsible for driving improvements at the bottom of our customer funnel but must work collaboratively with other lifecycle marketers and product growth teams to build a holistic customer experience from end to end. Youâll identify opportunities, set the strategy, build programs and campaigns, and optimize and test channels including email, live chat, SMS, and in-app messaging. This role will also work closely with product marketing to drive product adoption and launch new products and features to customers.
The Lifecycle Marketing Manager (Retention) reports to the Director of Lifecycle Marketing.Â

The Impact you will make
- Own the back half of the customer journey and lifecycle â understand all the touchpoints and how to pull the right levers to drive customer behaviors
- Identify and execute on opportunities to improve retention and minimize customer churn
- Test, learn, optimize and operationalize new experiments, programs and campaigns. Youâll collaborate with our creative team to bring your vision and strategy to life
- Create and monitor complex customer journeys via automations and action-based triggers.
- Provide timely, data-driven insights on campaign performance and user segmentation
- Build go-to-customer strategies to help launch new products to our customers and drive adoption of existing products
- Support customer marketing initiatives across the organization, collaborating with Customer Experience, Product Growth and other Marketing teams
Attributes for Success
- 4+ years of experience in Lifecycle or Customer Marketing
- ââProficient in marketing automation, CRM marketing, email marketing, chat and chatbots, in-product messaging, SMS, and push
- Customer-Centric: You put the customer first, and are passionate about helping creators build and scale their businesses
- Data-Driven: You have strong analytical skills with experience executing A/B tests, optimizing campaigns and translating data to actionable insights
- Accountable: You have high levels of ownership, responsibility, initiative and the desire to drive signiďŹcant, measurable performance results
- Collaborative â You can easily influence others to action by fostering collaboration and shared outcomes so that teams win together
- Problem Solver: You enjoy testing and exploring new strategies. You thrive on iteration, always using results to determine the best course of action
