What You’ll Do

The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist role is integral to our accelerated growth strategy, with a focus on optimizing MQL > SQL conversions, enhancing brand loyalty, and driving customer retention. Reporting to the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will collaborate on audience targeting, campaign objectives, A/B testing, lead nurturing, and email execution, all aimed at boosting revenue and maximizing customer lifetime value.

What You'll Bring

  • Manage and execute our monthly company, product, and event newsletters.
  • Contribute to the development of a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy, focusing on improving prospect-to-customer conversion and bolstering customer retention, success, and loyalty.
  • Support the First Year customer onboarding project and corresponding email streams to ensure optimal customer experiences.
  • Utilize customer data to personalize and optimize marketing communications, aligning with customer personas, preferences, and behavior patterns.
  • Collaborate in creating and managing automated marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including email, SMS, in-app messaging, product log-in screens, and push notifications.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with teams including product, implementation, account management, sales, and customer support, ensuring consistent messaging throughout the customer journey.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, suggesting innovative strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Implement A/B tests, analyze outcomes, and identify opportunities for campaign enhancement.
  • Work closely with content and creative teams to develop compelling marketing collateral tailored to distinct customer journey stages.
  • Generate monthly performance and subscribership reports for presentation to key stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

  • 1-3 years' proficiency in HubSpot.
  • Proven track record in lifecycle marketing, preferably within a B2B context.
  • Basic grasp of HTML.
  • Successful execution of high-performance email marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management capabilities, managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Exceptional writing skills with meticulous attention to grammar and spelling.
  • Analytical and problem-solving prowess with a data-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with B2B email campaign best practices, data privacy regulations, and A/B testing.
  • Effective communication skills, collaborating positively across diverse groups and expectations.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and unwavering attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to accommodate global hours for international offices.

Compensation Range: $65,000 - $75,000
