We are looking for a future caregiver to take on the role of a Lifecycle Site Coordinator within our world-class team of caregivers. Within this role, you will ensure servers and workstations are maintained at the highest level of availability, reliability and performance. Provides consulting. Provides input for computing standards, policies and procedures. Independently evaluates potential hardware and software products.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Maintains servers and workstations at the highest level of availability, reliability and performance.
- Configures, installs and maintains departmental file and applications servers and workstations. Maintains system integrity through security, backups.
- Maintains Disaster Recovery procedures.
- Administers departmental network. Adds and deletes users.
- Resets passwords. Supports applications.
- Administers departmental application licenses.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Additional education may offset experience requirements.
Certifications:
- For Information Technology Division caregivers, ITIL Foundations certification is required within 6 months of position start date.
Complexity of Work:
- Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of four years experience in information systems.
- Network administration, workstation/server troubleshooting experience, personal computer and UNIX architectures and interface components experience required.
- Experience must also include installing and configuring file systems, network operating systems, shell scripting and automating management processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Leadership experience
- Excellent communication and problem remediation skills
Physical Requirements:
- Requires the ability to sit and be stationary for prolonged periods of time, normal or corrected vision, hearing and speech.
- Manual dexterity sufficient to operate computer.
- Requires the ability to walk to various locations.
Personal Protective Equipment:
- Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
