About DMS Software:
DMS is a game changing software for dealers to automate non-revenue generating activities, track operations and improve profits by assisting dealers with managing their Parts, Service, Sales, Storage, Marina, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Rental. Our DMS software helps all departments in a dealerships to function smoothly by creating a central data warehouse for inventory levels, ordering, services, and customer information. Our solutions are designed to help manage dealer operations by tracking and storing data from every department and delivering information that will assist dealerships in making successful business Solutions.
The Project Specialist II coordinates multiple aspects of customer implementation virtually, which may include pre-conversion consultation and planning, test conversion, conversion execution, post-conversion training, product set-up and implementation of multiple products.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Handles ongoing customer support tickets via phone, email, and chat
- Hardware Installation and training
- Performs product Quality Assurance process with software development teams or hardware providers
- Consults on methods to maximize the dealership's efficiency, profits, sales, productivity and revenue
- Handles ongoing customer support tickets via phone, email, and chat
- Performs product Quality Assurance process with software development teams or hardware providers.
- Consults with dealership department management to assess dealership business practices, processes, workflows and critical business drivers
- Customizes and implements CDK application software to support dealership practices, processes, workflows and critical business drivers
- Performs verification seminars to ensure client understanding of application and gain client confirmation of application customization
- Trains client on application functionality where knowledge gaps exist
- Conducts post-implementation follow-up meetings with client to ensure optimum application usage, accuracy of customization, and satisfaction
- Updates key install and preparation information in, monitors personal backlog, and prepares monthly reports
Requirements:
- Accounting Degree or Equivalent Experience
- Must be able to work weekends and/or after hours
- Occasional travel required

The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
