Line Haul Recruiter (Remote)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced line haul recruiter to attract and recruit candidates for nationwide companies including FedEx.

Key Responsibilities
· Work with clients to understand the individual needs of each organization
· Publish and monitor job ads, job boards, and social media groups
· Identify and reach out to prospective candidates through job sites and professional contacts, including Indeed, Career Builder, etc.
· Screen applicants through phone interviews
· Guide eligible candidates through the entire application process including DOT physical, background screening, road testing, and any other applicable steps to meet the hiring objectives
· Communicate regularly with clients and internal team to stay in front of hiring needs

Knowledge/Skills
· Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
· The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, able to work with all levels of an organization
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be self-motivated, and problem solve

Qualifications
· Previous experience as a line haul recruiter.

Salary
· $45,000 - $50,000 max

· The ideal candidate understands the nature of our business is not 9-5 and is willing to work extended/flexible hours as needed
