Description

We are looking for Linux Admin for an immediate need. This is a client-facing role & the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsibilities Install /Configure and troubleshoot the Linux Systems (RHEL 6/7 and 8 version) File system related troubleshooting (EXT* and XFS file systems).
  • Debugging complicated server crashes/core files/performance issues Monitor and analysis System Performance.
  • Perform System OS patching and troubleshooting during the OS patch. Good troubleshooting knowledge about the Redhat Satellite 6 version and patch management. Good Knowledge in VMWare VM troubleshooting Create System Backups.
  • Maintain System Security vulnerability.
  • Resolving problems with LDAP and SSSD server authentication.
  • Knowledge about the Linux OS In-Place upgrade Exposure to perform RCA on Major incidents and Proactive problem management .
  • Strong hands on Knowledge on Websphere WMQ problem determination and resolution. Installing, configuring and administering/managing WebSphere Application Server (WAS).
  • Triaging and resolving issues with WEBSPHERE/JBOSS/Tomcat/APACHE/IIS .
  • Trouble shooting of WEBSPHERE/JBOSS/Tomcat/APACHE/IIS environment and applications (Analyze JVM logs, Trace Logs, FFDC, native logs, java core, heap dumps) Performance tuning WAS, WPS.
  • Configure WebSphere resources such as JDBC Providers, Data Sources, and Connection Pooling.
  • Work with Enterprise development teams for with WebSphere Application server implementations.
