Qualifications
Basic

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 8 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred

• Must Have :
• At least 8 years of experience in IBM AIX & Linux
• At least 6 years of experience in Administration of IBM VIOs, PowerHA
• At least 4 years of experience in managing system compliance by patching and system upgrades.
• Nice to have
• Experience in handling server build and decommissioning, pacemaker, and Veritas clusters.
• Experience in performance tuning, capacity planning, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Experience in automation of redundant tasks with shell scripting and/or ansible or like tools.
• At least 4 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
• At least 2 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process.
• Analytical and Communication skills
• Planning and Co-ordination skills
• Experience with project management
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, e-mail or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
